Dan Mahoney has practied law in the Denver metro area since 1984. Pesia Lenczner has been a pralegal for Mr. Mahoney since 1991. The majority of cases the firm handles are automobile accident related and include auto v. auto crashes, auto v.pedestrian injuries and auto v. bicycle incidents.
The office also handles injuries occuring at work that are filed with the Colorado Department of Labor, Division of Workers Compensation Division. Mr. Mahoney has been proud to represent BP/Amoco on its workers compensation claims for the last ten years. The firm has represented claimants from the airline, trucking and computer industries.
