The primary focus of The Law Offices of W. Dan Mahoney, P.C. is to help those injured by the acts of others or as a result of an on-the-job event. Attorney Dan Mahoney's objective is helping injured people and/or their families, in the event of a wrongful death, navigate through the morass of insurance and legal issues so as to maximize their claim.
These claims often arise out of car, motorcycle, bicycle and pedestrian accidents, as well as people injured through dangerous conditions on property, including slip and falls and dog bites. In addition, our firm represents people for their claims arising as a result of on the job injuries, better known as workers' compensation claims, when those injuries result in a permanent impairment. On-the-job injuries include accidents at work or while traveling for work. This firm has represented those employed in many different occupations, including law enforcement, manufacturing, service industries, the airlines, trucking, and other transportation industries.
Claims are often resolved through negotiation and settlement. However, when an insurance company or the at-fault party is unwilling to pay what the claim is worth, Mr. Mahoney is prepared to and does fight for his clients through the litigation process, including arbitration, hearings, trials and/or appeals.
